This is a video created for the Warriors 4 Life program designed to advise people how to interact with survivors of suicide attempts. It is only one person's view but it is the viewpoint from a multiple suicide attempt survivor that now facilitates support groups for attempt survivors and strives to help others struggling with PTSD and depression thru his non=profit www.poemspeak.org that provides poetry and words of healing to those in need.

This video is a collaboration between members of SAVEVETS.ORG, namely poemspeak.org and catch22peersuppoprtllc.com. Its primary goal is to increase awareness of signs and symptoms of depression for suicide prevention and teach an acronym to assist in that regard.
